Barbara Avenue on July 15, 2019 at

9:00 a.m. Qualified Bid Contractor

selected will be notified by on July

16, 2019 for inclusion in the agenda

for Council Approval on July

24, 2019. Furnishing all work and

materials for the project will include

but not be limited to, the following

work:

Demolition of existing air handler,

removal and disposal. Install new

air handler, clean up area and

staging area. Substantial ductwork

to remain. Automated controls and

installation of such controls is not a

part of this project.

16C.285 Responsible Contractor

fifteen (15) days after the award of

contract, enter into an agreement

with the City and furnish a bond for

the full amount of the contract as

provided by law. This deposit will be

subject to forfeiture as provided by

Certified checks, and bidder’s

bonds of the three lowest qualified

bidders may be retained until the

contract has been awarded and

executed, but no longer than 90 days

from the date of the opening bids.

The City Reserves the right to

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the

South St. Paul Planning Commission

will hold a Public Hearing on

Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 7:00

P.M. or as soon thereafter as the

matter can be heard in the City

Council Chambers of City Hall, 125

Third Avenue North, South St. Paul

to consider the following:

1) An application for a Conditional

Use Permit (CUP) for Wescott Auto

Sales at 1100 Concord Street South.

The proposed CUP for auto sales on

a portion of the property by Wescott

Auto Sales which would include the

customer parking spaces and the

10-12 parking spaces for car sales

inventory the property. Generally

located west of Concord Street East

and South and corner of Dale Place

and north of Buron Lane.

DAKOTA COUNTY

COMMUNITY

DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

The purpose of this Notice is to

announce the start of a 30-day

public comment period on proposed

amendments to the Dakota County

HOME Investment Partnership

(HOME) Program Budget for

Program Years 2016 and 2017.

Proposed substantial amendments:

The Dakota County CDA is creating

the Cahill Place activity in program

years 2016 and 2017. Available

HOME funds in those program years

are to be allocated to this activity

up to $48,000 for the purpose of

constructing a 40-unit apartment

building located at 6070 Cahill

Ave, Inver Grove Heights. HOME

funds from program years 2018

have previously been approved

for approximately $672,000. The

total amount of HOME funds will be

$718,000 for the activity. When the

apartment building is complete and

ready for occupancy, Cahill Place will

rent the apartments to households

meeting the eligibility criteria.

Regular School Board Meeting on

Tuesday, June 9, 2019, with full text

The meeting was called to order at

4:00 PM. Board members present:

Dick Bergstrom, DeeDee Currier,

Bob Erickson, Jill Lewis, Russ

Rohloff, Vanda Pressnall, Melissa

Sauser, Byron Schwab, Wendy

Felton, and administrators were

present. Absent: none. Good

news reports were presented.

The following Consent Agenda

items were approved: minutes,

personnel, donations, bills to be

paid, wire transfers and investment

report. Recommended actions

approved: 917 Budget for 2019-

2020; Resolution terminating support

service employees; Resolution to

move student activities under Board

Control; approve the new Human

Resources Coordinator Contract

for 2019-2021; approve the Special

Education Dean Contracts for

2019-2021; approve the Licensed

Psychologist and Mental Health

Coordinator Contracts for 2019-

2020; approve the Board Certified

Behavioral Analyst Contract for

2019-2020; and approve Mark

Zuzek and Linda Berg to be the Iowa

(Identified Official with Authority) for

MDE. The School Board reviewed

Superintendent Zuzek’s annual

performance review. Adjournment at
