Pointe Homeowners Association,

Dollars and 80/100 ($2,379.80)

for assessments through June, 2019,

and no action being now pending at

law or otherwise to recover said debt

Declaration, said debt creates a

power of sale created by statute,

hereditaments and appurtenances,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

the period for filing affidavits of

candidacy for the office of school

board member of Independent

School District No. 197 shall begin

at 8 a.m. on July 30, 2019, and shall

close at 5 p.m. on August 13, 2019.

The general election shall be held

on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. At

that election, four (4) members will

be elected to the School Board for

terms of four (4) years each.

Affidavits of Candidacy will be

available from the school district

filing fee for this office is $2. A

Planning Commission of Inver Grove

Heights will meet on WEDNESDAY,

AUGUST 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in

the City Council Chambers, located

SECTION 54-4 REGARDING

PUBLIC SIDEWALKS

SUMMARY PUBLICATION.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes

Section 412.191, in the case of a

lengthy ordinance, a summary may

be published. While a copy of the

entire ordinance is available without

cost at the office of the City Clerk,

the following summary is approved

by the City Council and shall be

published in lieu of publishing the

entire ordinance:

This amendment allows for up to 24

hours to remove snow, ice, dirt and

rubbish from public sidewalks

after its deposit thereon.

EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance

shall be in force upon its adoption

and publication.

NOTICE IS GIVEN, that the South

St. Paul Economic Development

Authority, South St. Paul, Minnesota

(hereinafter called “EDA”) with offices

in the Municipal Building, in the City of

South St. Paul, Dakota County, State

of Minnesota and office hours from

8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. proposes to

dispose of Project Real Property to

Interstate Development Corporation

(hereinafter called “Buyer”). That the

EDA will enter into an agreement for

disposition of project real property

School District 917 Organizational

School Board Meeting on Tuesday,

July 9, 2019, with full text available

The meeting was called to order

at 5:00 PM followed by the pledge

of allegiance. Board members

present: Jill Lewis, DeeDee Currier,
