The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post No. 4462 meets at the West St. Paul Armory, located at Emerson and Robert streets, at 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month.American Legion Post No. 521 also meets at the Armory at 7:30 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of each month.
It may be getting easier for Dakota County youths to gain access to alcohol and tobacco, according to two new reports.
