WSP National Guard soldier dies in Iraq

Sgt. Maj. Michael Mettille, 44, of West St. Paul, a National Guard soldier serving in Iraq, died Feb. 1 of a noncombat injury.

He was the 11th National Guard soldier from Minnesota to die in Iraq and is survived by his wife, four children and parents.
