Todd Russ accepts top position at Saint Croix Lutheran

Todd Russ, 45, current academic dean of St. Croix Lutheran, has accepted the position of president at St. Croix Lutheran. Russ will begin his service as the fifth president of the school July 1, 2015.

Highway 13 reconstruction project to begin early June

The Highway 13 reconstruction project, from I-35E to 2nd Street, has been awarded to New Look Contracting. Construction is expected to begin in early June with substantial completion expected by the end of September.
