Mark's Yummo Chocolate Truffles

1 lb. grated chocolate, milk, dark or white
1/2 cup whipping cream
Any flavor you like — Vanilla, Irish creme, Grand Marnier, etc. (start with a 1/2 tsp.)

Pineapple Fudge

1 cup condensed milk
3 cups sugar
2 Tbls. butter
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. lemon juice

Makes 3 dozen depending on size.

2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (7 oz.) flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
Dipping Chocolate (recipe follows)
