CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 

City of New Brighton invites carriers licensed to provide group dental coverage in the State of Minnesota to offer proposals on a direct basis for group dental insurance coverage. All proposals must include separate rates and costs based on the data provided by the City for benefit plans. 

A copy of the invitation for a proposal and supporting data may be obtained by contacting Colby Cunningham – Intellicents Inc. at 507-379-6923. 

Submission Deadline: Responses should be received City of New Brighton (Attention: Devin Massopust) 803 Old Hwy 8 NW in New Brighton, MN 55112 via US Mail or personal delivery, no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2018. Late submissions and fax responses will not be accepted.
