WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Regency Condominium Homes, Condominium No. 19 (henceforth the Declaration) dated November 1, 1990 and recorded in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Dakota County, Minnesota on March 20, 1991 as Document No. 240029, which said Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Dakota and State of Minnesota, to-wit: 

Apartment No. A-8 and Garage No. 21, Condominium Ownership No. 19, Regency Condominium Homes, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Dakota County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of the date of this Notice by Jesse R. Dahlstrom as unit owner, to Regency Homeowners Association the principal amount of Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars and 68/100 ($3,497.68) for assessments, through October, 2017 and no action being now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof, and;

CITY OF SOUTH ST. PAUL

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

Notice is hereby given that the South St. Paul Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 125 Third Avenue North, South St. Paul to consider the following: 

1) An application by Yimi Fernandez/Jimmy’s Auto Sales LLC, 852 Geranium Avenue E., St. Paul, MN 55106, for a Conditional Use Permit to have a retail used car lot on the property at 1505 Concord Street S., South St. Paul, MN 55075. The application asks for up to 10 vehicles for sale on the lot. The property is generally located north of Poplar St. East, east of Concord Street, west of the railroad tracks, and south of Chestnut Street. 

2) An application by Brian Millner, 762 17th Avenue North, South St. Paul, MN 55075 for a 5-foot front and a 4-foot side setback variance to accommodate the construction of a single family home on the vacant lot at 119 19th Avenue South. The property is generally located west of 18th Avenue South, north of Southview Blvd., east of 19th Avenue South and south of Marie Avenue. 

3) An application by Master Properties, 201 W. Broadway Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55411 for a Conditional Use Permit for a use greater than 10,000 square feet and site plan review for a reuse of the building at 161 Concord Exchange North formerly occupied by Wells Fargo. The proposed reuse would include 68 market rate apartments in the existing building and some slight configuration to the attached parking lots to remove the old drive-through lanes and reconfigure some of the space for parking. The property is generally located west of Concord Exchange North, north of Veterans Memorial Drive, east of 3rd Avenue North and south of Grand Avenue.

2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE 

The Comprehensive Plan is a formally adopted document stating the City’s goals and policies as they relate to land use, housing, parks & open space, transportation, utilities, and other issues. The Comp Plan is updated every 10 years; and provides a future plan or “blueprint” for the community from 2020 to 2040. 

As part of this planning process, the City of Mendota Heights invites all residents, business owners and stakeholders to attend one of three (or all three!) Open Houses - Community Engagement Meetings to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan, provide input and suggestions, and participate in some activities with city staff and other residents in formulating the new plan.

The meetings will be held at the following dates and location: 

• Wednesday, November 8th - 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Somerset Elementary School, 1355 Dodd Rd. 

• Wednesday, November 15th - 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Friendly Hills Middle School, 701 Mendota Heights Rd.
