General Administration 

Approval of the following actions: 

- October 10, 2017, County Board Meeting Minutes. 

- Projects recommended by the County Administrator for funding through the 2017 countywide Mission Directed Budget savings program. 

- Appointment of Kristine Mason to the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Citizen Advisory Committee as an Emergency Shelter Representative, to a partial term expiring June 30, 2019. 

- Resolution No. 2017-223, Recognizing domestic violence awareness month. 

- Resolution No. 2017-224, Accepting 2017 3rd quarter donations, gifts, and bequests. 

- Molly O’Rourke, County Administrator, reported that there was a change in location to the Emergency Management Training to the Stillwater National Guard Readiness Center, 350 Maryknoll Drive North, Stillwater. 

- Board correspondence was received and placed on file. 

Property Records & Taxpayer Services 

- Approval of plat of Maywood Estates in May Township. 

Public Health & Environment 

- Public hearing held in consideration of adopting Washington County Buffer Ordinance #201. 

- Approval of Resolution No. 2017-221, Adopting Washington County Buffer Ordinance #201. 

Public Works 

Approval of the following actions: 

- Metropolitan Grant Agreement SG-05824 in the amount of $705,097 for the St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park Pole Barn Renovation and authorize its execution pursuant to Minn. Stat. 373.02. 

- Resolution No. 2017-222, Supporting application for the Local Road Improvement Program for the proposed center left turn lane additions on County State Aid Highway 18 (Bailey Road) between Pioneer Drive and Wellington Lane in Woodbury.
