The Hennepin County Board of

Commissioners is soliciting public

comment on the Hennepin County

Consortium Draft 2018 Action Plan,

which will be submitted to the U.S.

Department of Housing and Urban

Development (HUD) in May 2018.

The Hennepin County Consortium

includes all cities in suburban

Hennepin County.

Purpose: The 2018 Action Plan

will guide the use of approximately

$4 million in funding for housing and

community development activities

in suburban Hennepin County:

$2.5 million through the Community

Development Block Grant Program

(CDBG), $1.3 million through HOME

Investment Partnerships Program

(HOME), and $227,202 through the

Emergency Solutions Grant Program

(ESG).

Written comments will be accepted

for 30 days beginning March 30,

2018 and ending April 30, 2018.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Canada,

Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on April 11,

2018, at approximately 7:30 P.M. at the Little Canada City Council Chambers

in City Hall, 515 Little Canada Rd E, Little Canada, Minnesota, relating to the

City of Little Canada's (the "City") proposed establishment of Development

District No. 7 and the proposed adoption of a Development Program (the

"Development Program") therefor; and the proposed establishment of Tax

Increment Financing District No. 7-1 (a redevelopmenttax increment financing

district) within Development District No. 7, and the proposed adoption of

a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "TIF Plan") therefor (collectively, the
