Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed John L. Burkard, whose address is 1717 Pascal Street, Falcon Heights, MN 55113 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate 

Any objections to the appointment of the Personal Representatives must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing. 

Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ELECTIONS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TESTING 

Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 206.83, the City of New Brighton is testing the equipment that will be used during the Primary Election to be held on August 14, 2018. The purpose of this testing is to confirm that the Hart Verity Scanner Tabulator, a ballot counting device, is correctly programmed to accurately count ballots submitted on Election Day. The test will be conducted on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 10:00am at the New Brighton Community Center in room 211 located at 400 10th St NW; New Brighton, MN 55112 and the public is invited to attend.

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAPPING OF ANIMALS IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 

The City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No. 1561 is on July 9, 2018, which summarized as follows:

The Roseville City Code is amended to create Chapter 512 which prohibits the trapping of animals in Roseville except under certain conditions. 

A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. A copy of the ordinance and summary is available online at the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2160 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, MN. 55113, and on the City of Roseville website at www.cityofroseville.com.
