A Comprehensive Plan is a long- range document that is used to influence future development and redevelopment of the City. As required by state law, the City updates its Comprehensive Plan every 10 years to ensure it is reflective of current trends, market conditions, and community needs. Plan Update Process City staff is encouraging the consideration of all views and perspectives during this update process. To help get a wide range of views, all existing city commissions are involved in the planning process.
