CITY PROJECT NO. 2018-05 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT T.H. 3 AND DIFFLEY ROAD FOR THE ROBERT CURVE DEVELOPMENT Nature of Work The construction will update the existing intersection to provide for the improved connection of Diffley Court in the Robert Curve Development to T.H. 3. These developer funded improvements meet the requirements of MnDOT, Dakota County and the City of Inver Grove Heights.
