CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT SCHLETTY DRIVE (SOUTH OF LITTLE CANADA ROAD) IMPROVEMENT NO. 2014-02 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Little Canada will meet at the Little Canada City Center at 515 Little Canada Road at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 to consider the improvement of Schletty Drive (south of Little Canada Road) by full reconstruction including concrete curb and gutter, an upgraded storm sewer system, and the addition of water main pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all Little Canada properties abutting said improvements as described above. The estimated cost of the improvement is $523,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDINANCE NO. 761 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, SECTION 914. “I-1” LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, INTERIM USES, RELATING TO OFF-SITE OUTDOOR STORAGE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 914.045.A.3. of the Little Canada Zoning Code (“I-1” Light Industrial District, Interim Uses) is hereby amended to add the following underlined language: 3. The owner of the storage material owns and operates a business (the “operator”) in Little Canada zoned I- 1, Light Industrial or I-P, Industrial Park. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amending the Little Canada Zoning Code shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and publication. 2012-2016 PARKS AND RECREATION RENEWAL PROGRAM CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS Proposals for the work described below will only be accepted electronically through QuestCDN at www.questcdn.com for a $25 fee as described in the project proposal documents. Proposals must be complete and submitted by the dates and times listed below to be considered for evaluation and award. Proposers’ names only will be made public within 24 hours after the opening. DESCRIPTION OF WORK AND PROPOSAL DUE DATES: The work generally includes the following: (DOWNLOAD PDF FOR GRID) The work described above includes numerous related items of work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 28, 2014 in the Council Chambers at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This meeting is mandatory for any respondents that did not attend pre-proposal meetings held on September 19, 2013 or November 14, 2013. Remaining Proposal Packages; ‘B’ (Roseville Skating Center repairs), ‘C’ (Harriet Alexander Nature Center building improvements), and ‘K’ (sidewalks and pathways) will be available beginning on February 18, 2014. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on February 25, 2014 for these projects from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. COMPLETION OF WORK: The anticipated work completion time frames are expected to vary for each particular work package. In general, each work package shall be completed in the most expeditious manner possible prior to the anticipated Roseville Parks and Recreation Renewal Program completion date of June 15, 2016.
