PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Managers of the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District will hold a public hearing at 6:30 o’clock p.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District Office, 2665 Noel Drive, Little Canada, MN 55117, to consider the proposed 2019 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget for the District. Notice is hereby given that the Managers of Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District (“District”) are proceeding with its Capital Improvements Program (“CIP”) as provided by Minn. Stat. §103B.251.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED EXPANSION OF TOTINO PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY

PLANNING CASE 18-016 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., the Arden Hills Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting for a proposed building expansion of the Totino Performing Arts Center located at Northwestern University, 3003 Snelling Ave N. The applicant proposes a one-story expansion of the Totino Fine Arts building to the SW of the existing building to encompass an area of approximately 11,500’. The proposal includes tree removal and replacement plans, pedestrian circulation plans, elevations, grading plans and detailed building construction information. 

The application and all documentation are on file and available for inspection at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. A report evaluating this application will be available for viewing at City Hall and online at www.cityofardenhills.org/agendacenter prior to the public hearing. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation regarding this application, the City Council will likely review the decision at their September 10, 2018 meeting.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT AUTHORIZATION 

Notice is hereby given that at its regular public meeting of September 25, 2018, the Roseville Area Schools Board of Education (ISD #623) may consider authorization of a Project Labor Agreement for all of the Construction Projects related to the School District’s voter approved bonds totaling $144 million. Construction Projects under this Project Labor Agreement are expected to occur during calendar years 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 and will impact all schools within the Roseville Area Schools. 

This notice is provided in accordance with M.S. 123B.52 Subdivision 1a.
