Arrests
— An officer observed a car weaving over the center line several times on Interstate 35E at Little Canada Road on Aug. 13. The 21-year-old White Bear Lake man’s blood-alcohol content was tested at .12, and he was arrested and booked at the Ramsey County Jail for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated.
— A 42-year-old woman was arrested after her boyfriend ended up with a bloody lip and had blood on his hands. Officers received a call about a woman walking along the side of the road Aug. 13, and a man in a pickup following her, yelling.
The man was cited for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and driving without proper registration, and the vehicle was towed. The man didn’t want his girlfriend arrested, but she was anyway, and charged with domestic assault, fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Criminal damage to property
— Apparently, someone didn’t like the color of a car parked in the 3000 block of Edgerton Street on Aug. 7 The unknown suspect poured gray paint over the car and smashed out the windows on the locked vehicle. The suspect left a gift — the hammer in the car and the bucket of gray paint behind the car. Damage is estimated at $3,400.
