Eastern Heights Lutheran hosts food workshop May 19

Eastern Heights Lutheran Church, 616 Ruth St. N., will be hosting the "Total Food Makeover" with Dr. Rod Beseman on May 19 from 10 a.m. 1 p.m. This event will uncover the truth about toxic foods, diet myths, cravings and much more. The workshop is $10 with pre-registration by May 18 and all proceeds will be donated to Eastern Heights Lutheran Church. Call 651-776-3345 to reserve a spot.
