The 2015 edition of Tartan girls cross country runners is looking for new heights to conquer with returning athletes at the forefront of their team.
The Hill-Murray girls cross country coach Tim Ryan is looking forward to the development of several young runners to bolster the Pioneers this upcoming season.

What was expected to be a typical football battle between rival schools on Thursday, Sept. 3, quickly had a turn of events that became a harbinger of an unexpected outcome.
St. Thomas 35 - North 14
Trailing at halftime, the St. Thomas Academy Cadets decided to make some adjustments in the second half of their Red Division football game Friday, Aug. 28, against the North High Polars.
The Tartan Titans have already found success on the football field this season with a lineup filled with experienced seniors.
The North High girls tennis season is underway, and the Polars are looking to improve on last year's record of 3-5.
Head coach Dan Stumpf stated, "We have some senior students who have stepped up to leadership positions this season.
In the first game of the year Thursday, Aug. 27, Stillwater visited Tartan for a non-conference volleyball match.
The Ponies pranced past the inexperienced Titans, never allowing the home team to gain a lead during the three games.
The North High Polars are beginning the boys soccer season on a high note. They have won the conference championship five straight years and have aspirations of making it six straight in 2015.
