Save for a triumph of write-in candidates, the Mounds View city council is likely to remain unchanged following election day Nov. 4, as the mayor and two council members up for reelection are running unopposed to keep their seats.
Arden Hills has three open spots on its city council in the upcoming elections on Nov. 4—two council member seats and the mayor’s chair—and exactly three people will be on the ballot next week to fill those positions.
