Raiders vault to top of gymnastics rankings

A victory in its first meet of 2015 not only kept the Roseville Area High School gymnastics team's record unblemished, but also helped move the Raiders to the top of the Class AA rankings. Roseville took over the No. 1 spot in the rankings released Jan. 4.

Defense the name of the game for RAHS GBB

Through 11 games, the Roseville Area High School girls basketball team is giving up just a hair over 40 points per game. That kind of defense has helped the Raiders overcome some slower offensive nights.

Heading into this week, the Raiders have lost just once and are in the thick of the Suburban East Conference race.

RAHS boys hockey set for season opener

After winning 16 games in 2013-14 and returning a dozen players from that team, the Roseville Area High School boys hockey team has some reason for optimism heading into its season opener this weekend. The Raiders play a pair of games up in the Duluth area on Friday and Saturday.

A 2004 Roseville Area High School graduate has his sights set on a new venture that can be summed up in three words: giant fighting robots.
