Contract approved with SRF for design engineering on Lake Elmo, Oakdale road project

The Washington County Board of Commissioners approved a contract with SRF Consulting Group, Inc., July 12 for final design and right-of-way services for a road improvement project on County State Aid Highway 13 between Lake Elmo and Oakdale.
