The month of October was National Community Planning Month, as designated by the American Planning Association. In recognition, Mayor Mike Kuehn read a proclamation at the Oct. 6 City Council meeting declaring National Community Planning month.

Controlled Deer Hunts Begin Oct. 9 at Several Ramsey County Park Locations
