Washington County in process of reclaiming roadway materials for future work

Crushing has been the task of the day for several days this fall, as Dresel Contracting, Inc., crushes roadway materials that will be recycled for Washington County roadwork. The work is conducted at the county’s gravel pit in May Township.

The Rush Line Corridor is an 80-mile travel corridor between St. Paul and Hinckley. A transit study is underway to analyze bus and rail transit alternatives between Forest Lake and Union Depot in St. Paul.

Now that the trick-or-treaters have come and gone, Ramsey County residents can drop off their pumpkins, hay bales or cornstalks for free at Ramsey County yard waste sites.
