Police seek help identifying female suspect
The Maplewood Police Department is seeking community help in identifying a woman involved in a bank robbery Saturday, April 2, at the TCF Bank branch inside Cub Foods, 100 W. County Road B.
Witnesses described the woman as 20- to 25-year-old European American with dark hair that may have had highlights. At the time of the robbery she wore a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark leggings.
At around 3 p.m., the woman presented a TCF Bank teller a note demanding money while implying she had a gun. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, she fled the store in an unknown direction and was not immediately located.
