The Roseville Parks and Recreation Department is looking for volunteers to help dig, drill, lift, organize and build a new playground at Mapleview Park on Saturday, July 9 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m..
As a part of the Dragon Festival at Lake Phalen, there will be a dedication ceremony for the St. Paul Changsha Garden on July 9 starting at 10:45 a.m at the picnic pavilion at Phalen Regional Park, 1600 Phalen Dr.

The amphitheater at Silverwood Park comes alive with the music of the Dan Israel Band on Wednesday, July 13 from 6:30-8 p.m. Dan Israel is a longtime fixture in the Minneapolis music scene.
