The South St. Paul Open Foundation has set its 38th Annual Golf Outing is set for July 23 at Southview Country Club. Registration and lunch begin at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start kicking off at 12:30 p.m. Golf will be followed with dinner and silent and live auctions at 6 p.m.
