Jump Jam Double Dutch Challenge at local recs

The Jump Jam Double Dutch Challenge has begun! The free program, available at five St. Paul recreation centers, is open to anyone 10 and older, with or without jump roping experience. Teams will compete in semi-finals at each rec center by Aug. 11.
