North St. Paul High School class of 1971 will celebrate its 45-year reunion Oct. 22 at Guldens Restaurant and Bar, 2999 North Hwy 61, Maplewood. The cost is $20 per person and includes appetizers and a cash bar. Check/reservations are due Oct.
