Sunday hikes start at 2:30 p.m. go approximately 5 miles and last an hour and a half to two hours. Tuesday hikes start at 11:30 a.m. from November through March and go approximately 3 miles and last approximately one hour.

Trails by Candlelight

Enjoy Thompson County Park, 260 Butler Ave. E., West St. Paul, by flickering candlelight. A variety of snowshoe/hiking and walking trails on plowed, paved paths will be lit with hundreds of candles. Warm up with hot cocoa and crackling bonfires.

Event Description

"Foundations of Meditation," a four-part meditation course

Event Description

The dark winter months and holiday activities can often bring anxiety, stress, and depression. Start the new year by learning simple meditation techniques that help reduce this suffering.

Each session includes a video teaching by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche with clear instructions on the basics of meditation practice, guidelines for daily practice, and advice for bringing mindfulness into your everyday life.
