"History & Volunteerism in East Side St. Paul"

The Lower Phalen Creek Project and East Side Freedom Library are excited to host the screening of “History and Volunteerism in East Side St. Paul”, a local documentary. The film highlights Dakota culture, immigrant history in East Side St. Paul, and inspiring local volunteerism through the Mounds Park United Methodist Church. MEET THE ANIMALS

(For all ages)

Meet a snake, salamander, & turtle, and learn more about Minnesota’s wild animals and where they are in the winter.  You can share your stories about real wild animal encounters, if you choose!  Wild animal crafts and wild animal activities for all ages, too!

A Christmas Fantasy with Mississippi Valley Orchestra

Your Christmas may be merrier as you bring the family to a festive Christmas holiday concert on Friday, Dec. 9 at 7 pm at Augustana Lutheran Church in West St. Paul. 

The Mississippi Valley Orchestra, under the baton of Artistic Director Brian Dowdy will provide all of the good cheer with music - classical favorites including Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker, Debussy's Snow is Dancing, Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel Suite, and Rimsky-Korsakov's Polonaise from Christmas Eve Suite.
