Neighborhood House Mass Produce Distributions

The Neighborhood House will be hosting seven, free produce distribution events at Metropolitan State University Student Center room 101, 690 East Seventh St. this harvest season. Between November and May, Neighborhood House will be sharing fresh fruits, vegetables and other vital food with anyone in the St. Paul community needing food support.

Each event will be set-up like a free farmers market and will provide an opportunity to bring healthy food to the community. The mass produce distribution events are open to St. Paul residents and Neighborhood House participants. The Metropolitan State parking ramp will be free for attendees on distribution days.

Attendees will begin receiving numbers at 1:30 p.m. and everyone with a number will get food. Distribution begins at 2 p.m. and will continue until food is gone. Those attending the distribution should bring their ID and their own carts and bags.

For more information, check out the Neighborhood House website, or call the family center intake line at 651-793-7340.

Future distribution dates are Dec. 12, Jan. 9, Feb. 13, March 13, April 10 and May 8.
