Each had grubbed on $12.84 worth of food. Police came and so did the kid’s parents. A second scofflaw was caught at the Target nearby; the two said they didn’t know who the third guy was, but police figured out all three were students at Roseville Area High School.

Falcon Heights

Oops

An employee at a business located in the 1600 block of Snelling Avenue told police June 8 the business had fallen victim to fraud. The order was processed and shipped to the school, except the shipping address for the delivery was changed to a UPS Store in Minneapolis. The email address used by the other party in the order turned out to be fake and not connected to a school. The business is out $42,976.36 for the computers.

Lauderdale

All said, the two figure they’re out $3,100.

Police followed the trail left by the tree as it was dragged off, but the trail eventually ended.

A woman called police from the 1200 block of Poppyseed Drive June 21 to tell them her 38-year-old daughter, wanted on an Anoka County warrant for violating probation, was at the home. Police came and fund the woman in the basement, and arrested her without incident.

Nothing seemed to have been taken. Police are investigating.
