Another year of awards!

Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning continues its award-winning trend 

Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning has started out the year in a big way by receiving the Lennox Partner of the Year Award for the Minneapolis District.

The Lennox Partner of the Year Award, presented in each Lennox furnace sales district, honors dealers who are industry and market leaders. 

Those Lennox dealers that find themselves in this elite group can take pride in knowing they ensure every customer’s experience is the best that it can possibly be. 

“This is a well-deserved award for Apollo. They continually offer great customer service, solid work quality and their overall professionalism makes them the perfect choice for “Partners of the Year,” says Pat Hebert, territory manager for Lennox.

When Lennox names its partners of the year, it looks for dealers that have grown their business consistently while developing and training their employees to deliver outstanding customer service.

For over 30 years Apollo staff have treated their customers’ projects as their own, and it shows. In the past two years alone Apollo has won more than 10 awards for the company’s professionalism and dedication to its customers.

That high-level of service begins with customers’ first contact with the company. Customer Judith Mitzuk explains, “Apollo Heating and Air is terrific! Everyone we interacted with is professional, knowledgeable and nice. Communication is clear — questions are answered clearly and completely. Installation is performed by attention-to-detail technical installers.”

2016 was a busy year for Apollo, as it also won the Lennox Centurion Award and the Energy Efficiency Partner award from Xcel Energy. Apollo was also named “Best Heating and Air Company” in Lillie Suburban Newspapers’ annual Readers’ Choice survey, as well as “Best Heating and Air Company” and “Best Duct Cleaning Company” by the Stillwater Gazette.

“Reflecting back on 2016 and having such a great year, I am truly proud of our employees and what Apollo has to offer to our customers,” says co-owner and service manager Chuck Nadon. “My forecast for 2017 is another great year of growth, serving our long-time customers and welcoming new customers to experience the outstanding service of Apollo!”

Apollo President Eric Mattren echoes those sentiments.
