Arrests, Thefts and more around Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, and Roseville - Roseville Review police reports June 23, 2015.

Falcon Heights

Arrest
His DL was revoked, his license plates were suspended, and his proof of insurance was fake. He did have a small amount of the wacky weed and a pipe but that wasn’t going to help him. The 23-year-old man who had been pulled over June 1 in the 1600 block of Snelling Avenue was written up for the various offenses.

Theft
A set of golf clubs valued at $2,000 along with an $850 digital camera, a $50 gift card and several credit cards were stolen June 6 from an unlocked vehicle parked outside a tavern in the 1600 block of Larpenteur Avenue. The 37-year-old man’s cards were put to work at several locations until they were finally canceled.

Lauderdale

Arrest
The cracked windshield gets credit for another arrest June 3 when police pulled the vehicle over at Hwy. 280 and Broadway Street N.E. The 61-year-old male driver was cited for driving after license suspension, no proof of insurance, another equipment violation and the windshield.

Little Canada

Unfriendly competition
A male tenant beat out his neighbor for the close-in parking spot the night of June 11 at the apartment complex in the 100 block of Demont Avenue. “You know I was here first,” said the female tenant. “One more word,” said the man, as he approached the woman’s vehicle with a knife, “and I’ll slit your throat.” The 33-year-old called 911 and deputies, together with apartment management, identified the male tenant. The 41-year-old faces a pending charge of “felony second-degree assault-fear of bodily harm.” An investigation continues.
