Larry Weiss, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., and North St. Paul, Minn., passed away at his home in Lake Havasu surrounded by family and friends.
He was born to Rhiner Clark and Mary Kathleen Weiss in Superior, Wis. He married the love of his life, Irene Marie Rich, from Hibbing on Sept. 16, 1961, at Blessed Sacrament Church in Hibbing, and they had 53 wonderful years of marriage together. He grew up in St. Paul, attended the University of Minnesota, served in the Navy for two years and worked at Unisys. He enjoyed working on his classic Chryslers and CB radios. He was a master handyman, always ready to help family and friends with any project, whether simple or complicated.
He is survivied by his wife, Irene; son, Daniel (Brigette) Weiss of St. Paul; daughters: Mary Fernholz of St. Paul, Laura Bradley of St. Paul, Lynn (Ray) Schmit of Roseville, Minn., Michele Weiss of St. Paul; a sister, Gayle Pierce of Tucson, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
