Broccoli Casserole

The tomatoes and the broccoli look pretty and the taste is perfect in this easy-to-make dish.

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cook frozen broccoli until tender. Drain well. Mix eggs, soup and crushed oregano. Stir in tomatoes and broccoli.
Put mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
