Arrests
A street pharmacist was sent flying back to reality May 26 after the 26-year-old’s arrest at Dan Patch and Snelling avenues. He was charged with felony possession of a fifth-degree controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was booked at the Ramsey County Jail.

A 20-year-old man was arrested May 26 at Snelling and Roselawn avenues for driving after license cancellation and items hanging in front of his cracked windshield, further obstructing his vision.

Her license was revoked, her insurance had expired, her registration had been cancelled and she was weaving around in her lane willy-nilly. The officer pulled her over May 26 at Snelling and Hoyt avenues and began writing.

Catfight
Mom and her daughter went at it the night of June 3 over the use of mom’s vehicle. Pushing, hitting and hair pulling ensued and by the time deputies arrived, mom, 57, was bleeding from her elbow and had a “golf ball size” abrasion on her cheek. Daughter, 26, had a skinned knee. The daughter was booked at the jail on misdemeanor charges of domestic assault, fifth degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Robbery
Two men were walking on Viking Drive around 10 p.m. June 8 when a vehicle pulled up and the driver asked one of the walkers for a cigarette. The man on foot said he didn’t have any cigarettes and was then asked for money. “No,” he replied. That’s when the driver pulled out a pistol and shot the 49-year-old man in the leg before taking his wallet.

Step-sibling rivalry
Deputies have been looking for the 18-year-old victim’s stepbrother since mid-May when he refused to leave her place, took her phone, threw items around and finally threw her around. The 23-year-old was recently apprehended and booked at the Ramsey County Jail on a felony domestic assault charge based on his previous assault record.

Sibling rivalry
An eight-year-old boy, repeatedly on the receiving end of punishment from his teenage brother, showed deputies bruising from past encounters after they answered the foster mom’s call on May 30. The “uncooperative” 14-year-old was charges with misdemeanor domestic assault, petitioned into Juvenile Court and transported to the County Juvenile Detention Center.
