Simple White Chocolate Cranberry Shortbread Cookies

So simple and so good!

2 cups softened butter
1 cup sugar
4 cups flour
dried cranberries or craisins
white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat together the butter, sugar and flour. Stir in a few handfuls of dried cranberries or craisins and white chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets; flatten slightly. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes.
