Arrests
— A 22-year-old man, cited for driving after revocation Nov. 2 at Crawford Avenue and Arona Street, was booked at the jail on an outstanding warrant out of Iowa for his arrest for felony harassment and assault. His 22-year-old female passenger and owner of the vehicle was cited for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.

— A traffic stop resulted in a drunk-driving charge enhanced to a gross-misdemeanor for a 28-year-old St. Paul man who had an 8-year-old passenger in his vehicle. The charge is pending the results of a urine test.

— Driving with equipment violations, such as a cracked windshield or a loud muffler, is just asking for trouble and increases your chances of being pulled over. And then, in the case of this 25-year-old woman Oct. 30 at Larpenteur Avenue and Arona Street, you’re going to be arrested for driving after license suspension and no insurance. And then your car will be towed to the impound lot.

Theft
— A backpack containing a laptop computer, prescription meds and $400 in cash went missing from a vehicle while the owner was inside a gas station Oct. 29 in the 1300 block of Larpenteur Avenue. The total loss was estimated at $1,700.
