Conor Holt, a Roseville native, is coming home to Minnesota to premiere two short films at Twin Cities-based film festivals this October: “Storytime” at the Minneapolis Underground Film Festival on Oct. 5 (4 p.m.), and “A Better Life” at the Twin Cities Film Fest on Oct. 20 (5 p.m.). Tickets range from $8 to $10, and are available online at minneapolisundergroundfilmfestival.com and www.twincitiesfilmfest.org. After going through the Roseville education system of Brimhall, RAMS and RAHS, Holt attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated this spring with a degree in Film Studies. “Storytime” and “A Better Life” are two of his student film projects.
