Fall sports registration approaching
The cool weather last weekend was more reminiscent of late September than late July. Those autumn-like temperatures had some thinking fall sports like football and soccer, whose high school seasons are right around the corner.
In fact, registration for fall sports and activities for all three Bulletin-area high schools is going on now. Registration information for each school is listed below.
Registrations will be taken online and can be done at any time at http://www2.moundsviewschools.org/irondale/index.asp?ID=542.
Students need to have had a physical completed by their health care provider within the last three years on file with the school in order to participate in a sport. Those students who have just recently updated their physical should provide a hard copy to the Activities Office prior to on-line registration.
For those in need of assistance with online registration, the Irondale activities office will have the high school computer lab open on Wednesday, Aug. 7 from 4-7 p.m., Thursday Aug. 8 from 8 a.m. to noon and 4-7 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 9 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Mounds View is also taking its fall sports registrations online and those can be done any time at www2.moundsviewschools.org/moundsview/index.asp?ID=704.
