The Sub-State 8 championship game between Tri-City Red and Forest Lake has been postponed until Sunday at 1 p.m. because of weather and field conditions. Sunday’s game will still take place at the baseball field at White Bear Lake Area High School’s South Campus.

Tri-City Red reached the final by beating Lino Lakes 5-2 in the loser’s bracket final on Friday. Forest Lake, a 6-0 winner over Tri-City Red on Thursday, is unbeaten in the playoffs and Tri-City must beat the Rangers twice on Sunday to advance to next week’s American Legion state tournament while Forest Lake needs only one victory to advance.
