Inquiring minds: investment research tools available online?
Each week the staff at the Roseville Library answers more than 2,500 questions on every subject under the sun. Here are some of the most interesting ones they’ve gotten lately.
Q. Are there any investment research tools available online at the Ramsey County Library?
A. The Library subscribes to an online service called Morningstar Investment Research Center, which gives you information for stocks and mutual funds. You can use this product at any of our libraries. If you have a library card and know your PIN, you can access it remotely as well. You’ll find it on our website http://www.rclreads.org/home under the category of “Business & Finance” on our “Research” tab. Or you can ask a librarian for assistance.
For another source of investment information, try the print edition of our Value Line group of financial advice products. You’ll find these at our larger libraries.
Do you have a question for the staff at the Roseville Library?
