The Minnesota Technology and Engineering Education Association (MTEEA) has awarded the Roseville Area High School Industrial Tech Program the Program Excellence Award. This is the first year Roseville Area High School has received this distinction.
The Roseville Area High School football team won its fourth game of the season last Friday when it drubbed Park-Cottage Grove 45-19. This is the first time since 2006 that the Raiders have won four games in the regular season and that year they went on to qualify for the state tournament.
In their Tri-Metro Conference tilt on Friday, St. Agnes and Concordia Academy matched each other with four touchdowns each. The game was ultimately decided by point-after attempts and the Aggies won that battle.
St. Agnes scored five points on PATs while Concordia got four and fell 29-28. The loss was the Beacons’ third in a row following a 2-0 start to the season.

It’s been a long 18 months on the road to recovery for 16-year-old dancer Michelle Jensen.
The Roseville Area High School junior suffered a severe concussion during gym class in March of 2012 that left the Raiderette Dance Team member wondering if she would ever be able to rejoin the team she’s loved being a part of since middle school.
