East Side home prices are up significantly from a year ago, according to a report from the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.
The year-to-date median home sale in Payne-Phalen is up 27 percent; the upper East Side is up 22.5 percent, and Dayton’s Bluff is up 44.5 percent, according to market data from the association.
Christina Flores, of North St. Paul and a student at Tartan High School, was awarded the Transfer University and Transfer Partnership scholarships to Concordia University-St. Paul, where she began studies spring semester.
Jacob Rawlings, Maplewood, a sophomore at St. John’s University, Collegeville, was on the Campus Mail and Duplicating Center student team that received the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University Student Employee Team of the Year award.
