A Shoreview man has been indicted in connection with the Oct. 14 murder of a woman in Dayton's Bluff.

Cornelius Bell, 24, faces four felony charges relating to the death of 20-year-old Narissa Turner, who was shot and killed in a Dayton's Bluff alley.
