Wal-Mart discussion at Roseville City Council meeting delayed until March

The Roseville City Council's consideration of a proposal for a Wal-Mart store at the Twin Lakes site has been delayed until March.

The discussion was scheduled to occur at the Feb. 27 city council meeting, but has been delayed until March 26, according to a city news release.
