Police arrested a suspect in the murder of an Oakdale woman, 39-year-old Lori Christine Baker, Thursday afternoon.

According to the preliminary report from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner, Baker suffered numerous stab wounds.

A Minnesota Court of Appeals judge has denied the city of Roseville's request to dismiss an appeal by a citizens group regarding the city's bonding plan.
