There is an eerie, almost apocalyptic feeling standing among the mounds of rubble at 2300 McKnight Rd. The sandy soil sweeps over the foundations of demolished structures and masses of tangled scrap metal splay steely tendrils skywards like some sort of rusty, rigid prairie grass.
